Faye is a highly motivated, results-driven professional with a deep knowledge of Texas Department of Transportation systems and a reputation for excellence in compliance, workflow design, and team training. Throughout her career, she has been recognized not just for her technical skills but also for her ability to motivate teams and streamline processes so projects stay on time and on track.

Her resume is a testament to the scale of her expertise:

  • At HNTB, she served as Document Control Managerfor the $10 billion North Texas Tollway Authority program, where she established processes followed by dozens of consultants and supported the Quality Management Team.
  • For the $350 million Restore Biloxi Infrastructure Repair Program, she oversaw SharePoint-based document control systems, created ISO-compliant workflows, and trained teams across multiple organizations.
  • On the US 181 Harbor Bridge Replacement Projectin San Antonio, she ensured accuracy and compliance on all transmittals, working across management levels to keep complex systems running smoothly.
  • In her early career with Jacobs Facilities, Inc., she implemented integrated project controls systems for 75 projects valued at $1.3 billionat the University of Maryland.

Today, Faye leads Adisa’s Document Control & Compliance team, embedding knowledgeable specialists into client projects to ensure version control, secure access, and audit-ready documentation. She is already guiding Adisa’s work on three major assignments, bringing her signature blend of technical rigor and human-centered leadership.
