Hosted at the Holdsworth Center in Austin, the retreat—facilitated by Team Adisa—brought together HT’s leadership, led by President Dr. Melva K. Wallace, for a focused and energizing experience centered on alignment, trust, and teamwork.

Day Two focused on HT’s strategic plan—identifying how institutional goals align with individual roles and responsibilities. On the final day, participants explored how to sustain the momentum and translate vision into measurable action for the upcoming academic year.

By the end of the retreat, HT’s leadership team left reinvigorated—with a deeper sense of connection, a clearer roadmap for implementation, and renewed excitement about the future of their university.
